AGM Voting Instructions

Directly registered shareholders

  • Vote Online – log in to www.eproxyappointment.com/Login using the login details on the form of proxy or in the email you received depending on your mailing preference.
  • By post – complete the form of proxy and return it in the envelope provided.
  • In person – attend and vote at the meeting in person. Please inform ir@argoblockchain.com if you plan to attend the meeting.

Beneficial shareholders who hold shares through a nominee or broker

  • By nominee or broker – if you hold your Argo Blockchain shares through a nominee or broker you will need to instruct your nominee or broker how to vote your shares.

Hargreaves Lansdown (HL)
You will need to instruct HL directly with how to vote your shares. Log into your HL account and send them an electronic instruction using their ‘online election’ facility. More information is available on HL’s website.

 AJ Bell

You will need to instruct AJ Bell directly with how to vote your shares. Log into your AJ Bell account and send them a secure message confirming how you want to vote for each resolution. More information is on AJ Bell’s website

Barclays Smart Investor
You will need to instruct Barclays Smart Investor directly with how to vote your shares. Log into your online account and send them a secure message with your voting instructions.  

HSDL (Halifax)
You will need to instruct HSDL directly with how to vote your shares. Log into your HSDL account online or in the App, select ‘Corporate actions’ then ‘Notifications’. Interactive Brokers
You will need to instruct Interactive Brokers directly with how to vote your shares. Detailed instructions about using their online portal to vote your shares can be found on their website Delivery, Exercise and Corporate Actions | Interactive Brokers LLC

Interactive Investors
You will need to instruct Interactive Investors directly with how to vote your shares. In your online account, you will see a ‘Voting Mailbox’ under ‘Portfolio’ where you will be able to vote.
